A secondary English teacher for over a decade, in 2018 she started her business alongside her teaching role. Cathy is dedicated to providing high quality, accurate services to businesses and individuals all over the world.

With 23 years experience as an English teacher, Luisa is passionate about all aspects of English Language and Literature. Alongside this, her previous administrative roles have equipped her with finely-honed proof-reading skills and a sharp eye for detail.

Tim is a native English speaker who will always be a nurse at heart. After 30 years working in UK hospitals, he has found a new love: nursing others’ text to radiant health. Pedantic about every 'i' being dotted and 't' being crossed, he specialises in health, sport and environmental copy editing and proofreading. ​

Charlotte has worked with memo since January 2023, working with with Cathy to support the business in marketing and growth.

Charlotte runs her own Virtual Assistant business and specialises in social media and business support.

When not behind her laptop she’ll be in the countryside with her dog.
